Every time I try to drop the mov. File (~11gb), i can't drop it off into my USB window. It just gives me an 'error' message. The USB is a 32gb, so I know there's a lot of room. I tried to upload it onto YouTube, but it says that it's gonna take three days to upload it (keep in mind it's only a fifteen minute film shot in 1080). Any help will be awesome. Thank you

Depends on how the USB drive is formatted. If it's FAT32, there's a file size limit of 4GB. Anything larger won't copy over. So you need to format it as MacOS Extended (HFS+).
As for posting to YouTube...compress it first to the YouTube format. There's a preset for that in Compressor, an app that comes with FCP.
Ok, great. Will it work if I buy the compressor on its own? I don't have finalcut anymore so will that be fine?
Yes. Compressor is a stand alone app now, available in the APP store.
I'm going to have to use my friends Mac when I download it because mine is down. If my laptop starts working again, will it come into my laptop as soon as I sign into my apple account?
Not sure. I think as long as you use your account, it should work. But I don't know about downloading it frist onto another computer, that isn't yours. I just don't know.
I would guess that you'd need to create a new user account on the friends computer with your apple id so that your id is associated with the purchase. Not sure of this,
